Hi, I'm Sue.
I'm an author, Reiki Master Teacher, and the founder of Vital Village Metaphysical. My work brings together a lifetime of supporting people, a love of learning, and a soft spot for the everyday moments that make life feel magical.

My background includes supporting people living with disabilities, working in housing, and community rehabilitation. Those experiences taught me the value of being heard, having practical support, and being encouraged to make choices for your own life.
I know that finding your way forward often begins with a little breathing room, someone who listens, and tools you can actually use.
A grounded place to grow.
I created this little learning corner as a welcoming place to collect your thoughts, explore self-care and resilience, and feel more empowered in your everyday life. You don't need to share my spiritual interests or know any special language to feel at home here.
I believe encouragement and practical tools belong together. You deserve both.
